Status: Future phase of the roadmap. João da Terra Energy does not own or operate Bitcoin mining infrastructure or related facilities, and does not plan to. Bitcoin mining is described here as a long-term customer for the renewable energy we are developing.

Why mining fits a renewable energy supplier

Bitcoin mining is a flexible industrial load. It can run when renewable generation is abundant and curtail when it is not. That makes it a natural customer for utility-scale solar.

Our role: supply, not operate

Our role in this phase is upstream. We plan to develop and supply the renewable electricity that mining operators use. We do not plan to own mining hardware, run mining facilities, or take exposure to mining economics.

Where it sits in the roadmap

This phase only begins after the energy and land phase is meaningfully in place. It is conditional on completing earlier steps in the roadmap.
