Use surplus renewable energy for Bitcoin mining.
Bitcoin mining as a flexible industrial customer for our energy. We plan to supply electricity to mining operators, not to own mining operations.
Supply renewable energy to AI compute operators.
Provide renewable electricity to AI compute operators co-located with our generation. We do not own GPUs or operate compute clusters.
Partner with or host data-center operators (not owned).
Work with established data-center operators as energy host or co-development partner. We do not plan to own and operate data centers ourselves.
Own the land, generation, and interconnection that power compute.
Long-term vision: a vertically integrated platform that owns the strategic land, the solar generation, and the grid interconnection that supplies compute operators.
